Junebugs: Nathan's 1st Haircut!

This past week we watched Nathan's buddy, Jet, for a while in the morning while his mommy, Melissa, had to run an errand. Here are the guys enjoying Nathan's musical table. Not sure if you can tell, but Nathan is sticking his tongue out!

As I've mentioned before, Baxter and Hobbes are never far from Nathan.

This was classic! Nathan was in his room just looking at his basket of stuffed animals so I ran into the other room for something. I heard him laughing and ran in to find this. I was cracking up as I grabbed the camera and captured this shot.

Nathan on his tippy toes enjoying one of his favorite pastimes - slapping the couch cushions and laughing like nobody's business.

Last Thursday Nathan tried blueberries for the first time and as you can tell, he really enjoyed them! He also tried mangos last week and was quite a fan!

Thursday afternoon we gave Nathan his first finger foods...organic banana puffs. He was intrigued but it ended there.

He really likes to grab and hold the puffs (and crawl around the house with them in his grip so they get good and sweaty). He's not that interested in feeding them to himself, but if you put one in his mouth for him he'll gladly put his 6 little chompers to work.

Helping Mommy with the laundry - sort of. Oif - how's that for bed head!

Last Friday Nathan got his first fever. It was 101.7 and he was not his smiley little self at all. Here he is just zoning out with Daddy after our visit to the pediatrician.
